Lasagne (vegetarian or meat)

Preparation Time:     30 minutes

Cooking Time:         45 minutes 

Ingredients

200g lasagne sheets (approx 10 sheets)- but let the size of the dish be your guide.
1pt White Sauce (home made is best but you can use a packet)
Filling- can be meat (use bolognese recipe) or vegetarian (replace mince with beans, chick peas, or aubergines). Is very flexible!

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180oC

  2. Use oven proof pyrex or casserole dish

  3. Arrange layer of filling on bottom, then pour over 1/3rd of the filling

  4. Top with lasagne sheets and add 1/4 of the white sauce

  5. Repeat until you have 3 layers of pasta.

  6. Finish by spooning the rest of the white sauce over the top making sure it is completley covered

  7. Bake for 45 mins until bubbling and golden
