Bolognese

Serves:                   4

Preparation Time:     10 minutes

Cooking Time:         15 minutes 

Ingredients

500g Mince
Tin of Chopped Tomatoes
1 Onion
2 Cloves of Garlic
~10 Mushrooms
Herbs- parsley, basil
Salt and pepper
(carrots, courgette, sweetcorn optional)

Method

  1. Fry onion until it goes transparent

  2. Add mince and fry until it is cooked.

  3. Add garlic, mushrooms and any vegetables- cook through

  4. Add rest of ingredients and simmer for 10 mins

  5. Whilst bolognese is cooking cook 75-100g of spaghettie per person

  6. Serve with grated cheese(parmesan is best)
