Ingredients
500g Mince
Tin of Chopped Tomatoes
1 Onion
2 Cloves of Garlic
~10 Mushrooms
Herbs- parsley, basil
Salt and pepper
(carrots, courgette, sweetcorn optional)
Method

Fry onion until it goes transparent

Add mince and fry until it is cooked.

Add garlic, mushrooms and any vegetables- cook through
-
Add rest of ingredients and simmer for 10 mins

Whilst bolognese is cooking cook 75-100g of spaghettie per person

Serve with grated cheese(parmesan is best)
