Ingredients
150 g wild carlic leaves (washed)
1-2 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
50g pine nuts
130 ml (plus 20ml) olive oil
(50g parmesan if desired)
Method

Roughly chop garlic leaves

Blitz all ingredients except 20 ml oil.

Pour into jar and cover with 20 ml oil and place lid on.

Will keep approximately 2 weeks
