Preparation Time:     15 minutes

Cooking Time:         5 minutes

Ingredients

8oz flour
3oz Sugar
4oz Hard Marge (stork)
1 egg
3oz sultanas

Method

  1. Mix marge and flour to make breadcrumbs

  2. add sugar and sultanas

  3. add beaten egg & bind

  4. fry gently until golden brown (on griddle or frying pan with no oil)
