Ingredients
75g plain flour
1 large egg
75ml semi-skinned milk
55ml water
4 sausages
Method

Sieve flour into a bowl and make a well in the centre

Whisk in egg, and liquids until batter is smooth

Cook sauasages in the oven in deep baking tray
-
If they haven't released much fat then add some oil
-
Heat the baking tray on direct heat until oil is very hot.

Pour batter into the tray around sausages
-
Cook immediately for 30 minutes
