Tiffin

Key notes

Serves:                   1 tray

Preparation Time:     30 minutes

Setting Time:           1 hours 

Ingredients

1 tbsp soft brown sugar

1 tbsp cocoa

1 tspb syrup

4oz marge

16 digestive biscuits

6oz dark choc 

Method

  1. Put the sugar, cocoa, syrup and marge in a pan and heat gently until they all melt (don't let them boil)

  2. Take pan off heat

  3. Crush biscuits finely and add to pan. Stir in well

  4. Put the mixture in a tin (approx 7" by 7")

  5. Melt chocolate, and spread evenly over mixture

  6. Wait for it to cool and then put it in fridge

  7. Option B- Use coconut biscuits and sprinkle desiccated coconut on top. Also you could add fruits, marshmallows, sweets etc.
