Ingredients
1 tbsp soft brown sugar
1 tbsp cocoa
1 tspb syrup
4oz marge
16 digestive biscuits
6oz dark choc
Method

Put the sugar, cocoa, syrup and marge in a pan and heat gently until they all melt (don't let them boil)

Take pan off heat

Crush biscuits finely and add to pan. Stir in well

Put the mixture in a tin (approx 7" by 7")

Melt chocolate, and spread evenly over mixture

Wait for it to cool and then put it in fridge

Option B- Use coconut biscuits and sprinkle desiccated coconut on top. Also you could add fruits, marshmallows, sweets etc.
