Sausage Roll

Serves:                   4

Preparation Time:     10 minutes

Cooking Time          20-30 minutes 

Ingredients

250g Puff Pastry (Can make own puff pastry)

300g Sausage Meat

Egg or milk to glaze

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 2200C

  2. Roll out pastry into oblong 8inch by 12inch and cut in half

  3. Roll out sausage meat, and place half in each pastry

  4. Damp edges with water

  5. Roll up and put joint underneath

  6. Brush with egg

  7. Cut into even sized rolls

  8. Bake for 20-30mins
