Ingredients
2 tablespoons of popcorn kernels
2 tablespoons of olive (or coconut) oil
Method

Heat oil in a large pan on a medium-high heat

Put a couple of kernels into the oil and cover

Once these pop add the rest of the kernels

Cover and remove from the hear for 1/2 minute

Return the pan to the heat and keep the lid slight ajar (enough to let out steam put not the corn)

Once they begin to pop move the pan back and forth

Once the popping slows to several seconds between pop, remove the lid and poor into a bowl

Add flavouring (cinnamon, sugar, salt, honey, etc)
