Pancake Batter

Serves:                   8 Pancakes

Preparation Time:     10 minutes

Cooking Time:         10 minutes 

Ingredients

200g plain flour.
500ml of milk.
2 Standard Egg
Pinch of Salt

Method

  1. Sieve the flour into a bowl and make a well

  2. Crack egg into well and whisk

  3. Add 1/4 of milk and continue to whisk until bubbles start to appear

  4. pour in remaining milk whilst continue mixing

  5. Fry
