Lentil Loaf

Preparation Time:    45 minutes

Cooking Time:        1 hours 

Ingredients

500g Red lentils

1 onion

A glove garlic

100g Cheese

1 egg

1 dessertspoon marmite

Mixed herbs

Seasoning

Method

  1. Cook lentils in water until soft (30 mins approx) in saucepan

  2. Fry onions and garlic in frying pan

  3. Beat egg in cup and grate cheese

  4. Add all ingredients and mix together

  5. Place in casserole dish

  6. Bake in oven at 1800C until golden brown (approximately 1hr)
