Ingredients
500g Red lentils
1 onion
A glove garlic
100g Cheese
1 egg
1 dessertspoon marmite
Mixed herbs
Seasoning
Method
-
Cook lentils in water until soft (30 mins approx) in saucepan
-
Fry onions and garlic in frying pan
-
Beat egg in cup and grate cheese
-
Add all ingredients and mix together
-
Place in casserole dish
-
Bake in oven at 1800C until golden brown (approximately 1hr)
