Chocolate Krispie Cakes

Preparation Time:     10 minutes

Ingredients

200g plain chocolate

1 standard pack of after dinner mints

Rice crispies (until looks right) ~ 1/2 small box

Method

  1. Melt chocolate in mixing bowl over boiling water then add the after dinner mints and melt them. 

  2. Stir in rice crispies until the mixture looks right. 

  3. Place in a tray (or cupcake cases) and leave in a cool place to set (fridge is good on warm days).
