Ingredients
1x tin Chickpeas (400g)
80 ml olive oil
50 ml water
1-2 gloves garlic (ppeled and crushed)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
pinch salt and cumin to taste
Method

Rinse and drain chickpeas

Blitz in food processor with all ingredients

Add water until correct consistency
