Hummus

Key notes

Serves:                   1 Pot

Preparation Time:     10 minutes

Ingredients

1x tin Chickpeas (400g)

80 ml olive oil

50 ml water

1-2 gloves garlic (ppeled and crushed)

1 tablespoon lemon juice

pinch salt and cumin to taste

Method

  1. Rinse and drain chickpeas

  2. Blitz in food processor with all ingredients

  3. Add water until correct consistency
