Fruit Sorbet

Key notes

Serves:                  1 Large Box

Preparation Time:     10 minutes

Freezing Time:         10 minutes

Ingredients

1 kg Fruit
zest of 1 orange
120g caster sugar
50ml of water

Method

  1. Take Fruit out of freezer for 5-10 mins.

  2. Put in food processor with everything

  3. Liquidise until smooth

  4. Put back in freezer for 10 mins before serving.
