Ingredients
100g Plain flour
1 tbsp baking powder
seasoning
1 egg
150ml milk
splash of soy sauce (or chilli sauce)
plus chiken, backon, pork etc (shredded), sweetcorn, spring onions, chick peas....
Method

Sift the flour, baking powder and seasoning into a large bowl. Make a well and add beaten egg and milk to form smooth batter.

Add sweetcorn or any meats, onions, chick peas etc.

Fry spoonfulls of mixture for about 2-3 minutes each side until golden and crisp.

Serve with salad or salsa
