Custard

Serves:                   1 Pint

Cooking Time:     20 minutes

Ingredients

1 Pint Milk

4oz Sugar

1 tablespoon of cornflour

Method

  1. Boil milk in saucepan

  2. In a separate bowl beatthe eggs and then add sugar and cornflour

  3. When milk is boiling pour gradually into egg mixture whilst mixing

  4. Return all to pan and bring to the boil whislt stirring continuously until thickens

  5. Serve immediately
