Ingredients
9 oz Dark Chocolate
4.5 oz marge
6 eggs (2 whole, 4 separated)
6 oz sugar
9 inch spring tin
Method

Preheat oven to 180oC

Line Tin

Melt chocolate in bowl over boiling water in saucepan

Add chocolate to margarine and let it melt

Beat 2 whole eggs and 4 egg yolks with sugar until whisk leaves a trial

Add mixture to chocolate

Whisk egg whites and fold one dollop at a time into chocolate mixture

Pour into tin

Bake for 50 mins until the cake has risen and cracked. The centre should no longer be wobbly.
