Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil
1 onions, chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
500g beef mince
1 can chopped tomatoes
1 tbsp tomato purée
1 tsp Curry Powder
splash of Worcestershire sauce
1 stock cube
Salt and Pepper
400g can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
Method

Fry onion and cook until transparent and mince and cook thoroughly

Add rest of ingredients and cook for 20 mins.

Serve with rice
