Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients

60g plain flour
60g cocoa
500g dark brown sugar
250g butter (melted)
100-300g chocolate (darker the better) chopped up.
4 eggs- beaten
few drops of vanilla essence

Method

Mix all ingredients in a bowl
pour into greased baking tray
cook for about 40 mins at 180oC
