Baked Camembert

Serves:                   4 or 5

Preparation Time:     5 minutes

Cooking Time:         20 minutes

Ingredients

250g Camembert

2 cloves of garlic

Rosmary tips

Method

  1. Leaving the cheese in the box->

  2. Remove the top of the Camembert (by thinly scoring around the outside and gently removing the top skin.

  3. Slice the garlic and poke it and the rosmary into the camembert evenly distributed.

  4. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes on 180 degrees C

  5. Serve with bread and oil/ balsamic vinegar.
